| 中文摘要 | 研究目的: 針灸為中醫的特殊治療手段,雖然針灸與經絡的相關記載已有千年以上,但學習的 方式與現今並無太大的變化。除了依靠文字與圖譜,操作的學習主要以模型—也就是大 家耳熟能詳的銅人,或是以師徒制的方式由資深醫師手把手教學與傳承。然而,我們希 望開創全新的教學方式進一步提升針灸教育的成效。 研究方法: 延續上個年度的成果,我們將與奧啓迪科技股份有限公司 (DeepQ)合作規劃新版本 的虛擬實境針灸教學模型,並與太極影音科技股份有限公司 (Digimax)合作開發。新版 模型將包含幾項新功能:3D 球體穴位模型、解剖透視的穴位、所有經絡穴位的多種擺 位呈現、錄音錄影功能等。依照上述幾項功能,我們將規劃一套利用此模型學習的中醫 課程,並設計客觀結構式臨床技能評估試題。 此外,肝癌是美國癌症學會統計中,全球癌症死亡率排名第五的癌症,也是台灣男 性與女性癌症死亡率排名皆第二位的癌別。而中醫的介入,主要是減輕上述治療所產生 的副作用,維持病人生活品質。但隨著中醫治療肝癌病人的病歷逐漸累積,不管是醫案 書籍或是院內病歷,皆產出大量資料。因此,我們將病歷資料標準化,製作成中醫治療 肝癌的資料庫,用客觀的數據以進行各種研究,來探討中醫介入後所產生的結果。首先,我們會藉用 DeepMedic 公司的技術,將醫案書籍中的病歷資料,利用光學 字元辨識和文本探勘技術萃取出來,再使用其公司藉由 14 萬筆病歷,並運用自然語言 處理和類神經網路技術製作而成的模型,將複雜的中醫詞彙標準化。接著將院內接受過 中醫治療的肝癌病歷調出,同樣經過標準化。最後,將書籍、院內中醫病歷資料,與中 華資料採礦協會 (CDMS) 合作利用變異數和集群分析交叉比對,再解構重組出所有可 能的症狀組合,並再次使用 DeepMedic 工具進行智能辨證,找出肝癌的主要證型,並製 作成智能化提示系統,協助中醫師的臨床工作。 |
| 英文摘要 | Aim: Acupuncture is a distinct therapy of traditional Chinese medicine. As we know, acupuncture associated with meridians is known more than one thousand years, however, the learning process was never changed. It is still learned by word records, pictures and bronze acupuncture figures. Additionally, senior tutors are essential for acupuncture teaching for students step by step. Thus, we are trying to create a brand-new system for acupuncture education and speed up the effectiveness of learning. Method: Continuing the results of the previous year, we will work with DeepQ to plan a new version of the virtual reality acupuncture teaching model and develop it in cooperation with Digimax. The new version of the model will include several new features: 3D spherical acupoint depth model, the acupoints for anatomical perspective, the multiple positioning presentation of all meridians and acupoints, recording and video functions, etc. According to the above functions, we will plan a set of Chinese medicine courses that use this model to learn, and design Objective Structured Clinical Examinations. According to American Cancer Society, liver cancer (LC) ranked fifth in death rate in the world. Liver cancer is also the cancer with the second highest mortality rate among men and women in Taiwan. The intervention of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is mainly to alleviate the side effects caused by the above treatments and maintain the quality of life. With the accumulation of medical records in patients with LC treated by TCM archived in TCM books or in the hospital, a large amount of cases were created. Thus, we will try to standardize the medical records. All of data will be combined with the database of TCM of LC cases for further investigation. As such, we can use objective data to conduct various studies to explore the TCM intelligent results in the patients with LC. First, DeepMedic technology by using Optical character recognition and Text-mining techniques will be applied to extract medical records from TCM books. We will use this model to standardize TCM terms. This model is originated from more than 140,000 TCM cases with Natural Language Processing and Neural Network techniques processing. Second, we will collect the LC records with TCM treatment in CMU hospital to standardize by DeepMedic technology. Finally, we will collaborate with Chung-huo Data Mining Society to analysis all of data with ANOVA and Cluster Analysis, and deconstruct and reorganize all possible combinations of symptoms or signs. And again use DeepMedic tool for intelligent differentiation of TCM patterns of LC patients. Additionally, it can also be considered as an intelligent reminder system to assist TCM doctors in their clinical practice. |
