| 中文摘要 | 國人飼養犬貓逐年增多,並將寵物視為家人般的關係,期望毛孩可以得到更多的照 顧,因而造就寵物美容服務業務蓬勃發展,寵物美容師的人力需求也逐漸增加,對寵物 美容業來說專業技術人才是企業最重要的資產,因此企業如何留任寵物美容師格外重要。 本研究探討寵物美容從業人員的工作滿意、工作壓力、身心健康及留任意願的相關性, 提供給企業做為參考和建議。本研究以問卷調查法進行方便取樣,研究對象為台灣區不 特定規模之寵物美容企業及自營店家為主的寵物美容從業人員。本研究採橫斷性、描述 性研究,研究結果以 SPSS 進行統計分析,以皮爾森相關性檢定分析工作滿意、工作壓 力、留任意願之相關性。本研究得到以下結論:(1)工作滿意度越高,留任意願越大。(2) 工作壓力越大,留任意願越小。(3)身心健康程度越好,留任意願越高。 |
| 英文摘要 | With the change of life style in Taiwan, people raise dogs and cats year by year, and pets are regarded as companions, the emotional relationship like a family, it is expected that the fur child can get more care, so that the pet grooming service business is booming, and the manpower demand for pet groomers is gradually increasing. For the pet grooming service business, professional pet groomers are the most valuable assets for businesses. Therefore, it is crucial for companies to focus on employee retention strategies for pet groomers. The aim of this study is explore the correlation between job satisfaction, work stress, physical and mental health, and voluntary retention in pet grooming practitioners. In order to understand the relationship between the working status variables, it is provided to enterprises as reference and suggestions. This study was conducted by questionnaire survey method for convenient sampling, and the research subjects were pet grooming for hire and pet grooming shop owner in Taiwan. This study adopts a cross-sectional and descriptive study, and the results are based on SPSS version 23.0, descriptive statistics, and demographic variables are analyzed by mean, standard deviation and percentage, and the relationship between variables is measured by Pearson correlation. The correlation between job satisfaction, work pressure, and retention wishes was analyzed. The results of our study are : (1) Job satisfaction has a significant correlation with the intention to stay. (2) Job pressure has a significant correlation with the intention to stay. (3) Physical and mental health has a significant correlation with the intention to stay. |
