| 中文摘要 | 本研究分析新住民教育服務專業人員對學習需求評估與教育支持功能的影響作用,探究多元文化資源和社會連結網絡在此影響關係的中介效果。研究者依據研究目的與文獻分析內容,建構問卷並聚焦學習需求評估、教育支持功能、多元文化資源、社會連結網絡等4個潛在構面;亦運用結構方程模式之偏最小平方法統計技術來分析樣本資料。研究結果指出多元文化資源和社會連結網絡對學習需求評估與教育支持功能關係產生完全中介作用。本研究價值在於突顯新住民身份學生的學習需求評估之多元性與適性化,有助於因應不同學校教育階段所展現的教育支持功能;且經由多元文化資源與社會連結網絡的中介機制,更能增強教育支持功能的有意義化與對準效應。我們應強調新住民身份學生學習需求評估之多元性與適性化,並對應不同學校教育階段所展現的教育支持功能;且經由多元文化資源與社會連結網絡的中介機制,更能增強新住民身份學生的教育支持功能之有意義化與精準效應。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study analyzed the impact of educational service professionals for new immigrant students on learning needs assessment and educational support functions, and explored the mediating effects of multicultural resources and social connecting network in this relationship. Researchers created a questionnaire and identified four latent factors, namely: learning needs assessment, educational support functions, multicultural resources, and social connecting network. These factors were developed based on the research objectives and literature reviews. The sample data was analyzed using structural equation modeling with the partial least squares method. The study found that the relationship between learning needs assessment and educational support functions is fully mediated by multicultural resources and social networks. This research is valuable for showcasing the diversity and adaptability of needs assessments for students with new immigrant status. It helps address educational support functions across various school stages by leveraging diverse cultural resources and social networks. This, in turn, enhances the meaningfulness and alignment effects of educational support functions. Therefore, it is important to prioritize diverse and appropriate models of learning needs assessments for new immigrant students. This will enable schools to better respond to the varying educational support functions required at different stages of schooling. Furthermore, by utilizing multicultural resources and social networks, educational support for new immigrant students can be more effective in promoting meaningful and precise outcomes. |
