| 英文摘要 | PEERS® (Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills) is an evidence-based social skills training program conducted over 14 weeks, designed to enhance social skills in adolescents through weekly practice focused on various social themes. Research evidence demonstrates that the PEERS® program effectively improves social skills among adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) across diverse cultural backgrounds, thus highlighting its cross-cultural adaptability and efficacy. This study aims to share practical insights from implementing PEERS®, explore challenges encountered in real-world applications, and offer specific strategies for daily life and educational settings. Through analyzing case examples and application experiences, this paper seeks to deepen understanding of the program’s operation and implementation, particularly regarding its feasibility and applicability in different contexts. This study shares clinical practice experiences with the goal of bridging the gap between the theory and practice of the PEERS® program. It aims to provide strong support and guidance for educators, clinical professionals, and families, enhancing their effectiveness in fostering the social development of adolescents with ASD and promoting the widespread application of the PEERS® program worldwide. |
