| 中文摘要 | 目的:探討動態暖身結合RPR技巧對俯臥髖伸肌肌力、肌肉活化與活動度的影響。方法:17位年齡介於18-25歲大學運動代表隊為研究對象(平均身高為177 ± 4.35公分,平均體重為74.65 ± 7.04公斤),受試者隨機接受DWU(Dynamic Warm-Up)與DWU+RPR(Reflexive Performance Reset, RPR)兩種暖身介入,介入後測量髖伸關節活動度與最大自主收縮肌力,以及腿後肌群與臀大肌的肌電訊號收集。結果:在關節活動度方面,暖身策略與時間兩因子有明顯的交互作用(p<.05),DWU+RPR與DWU介入後的最大自主收縮肌力表現有顯著差異(p<.05),但是,在肌電訊號方面,無論是腿後肌群(p=0.33)或臀大肌(p=0.27),暖身策略與時間因子均未有顯著的交互作用。結論:DWU結合RPR暖身策略能增加髖伸肌的活動度與肌力表現。 |
| 英文摘要 | Objective: To investigate the effects of Dynamic Warm-Up (DWU) combined with Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR) techniques on hip extensor strength, neuromuscular recruitment and range of motion. Methods: Seventeen university athletes (age 18-25 years, height = 177 ± 4.35 cm, weight = 74.65 ± 7.04 kg) completed a randomized crossover study consisting of two experimental conditions (1) dynamic warm-up + RPR (RPR) and (2) dynamic warm-up. Hip Extension range of motion (ROM), maximum voluntary contraction and electromyography (EMG) output of hamstring and gluteus muscle were measured. Results: There was significant interaction (p<.05) in ROM between warm-up intervention and time intervention. There was also a significant effect on maximum voluntary contraction between the DWU and DWU+RPR intervention (p<.05). However, no significant interactions were found for hamstring (p=0.33) and gluteus (p=0.27) EMG signals between time and intervention. Conclusion: The combination of DWU and RPR warm-up strategies enhances hip extensor range of motion and strength performance. |
