| 英文摘要 | Gifu Prefectural Yoshiki Senior High School (hereafter "Yoshiki High School"), located in Furukawacho, Hida City, Japan, is a member of the UNESCO ASPnet. Dedicated to career education, the school established the YCK Project and developed specially designed ESD courses. This case study, the Santera Mission, was one of the school's research projects for high school students. Targeting the Furukawacho community festival as a research objective, this research project initiated students into the art of regional design through presenting questions. The present study utilized non-participatory observation and semi-structured and random interviews for field research. The collected textual data were conceptualized through open coding, and then analyzed by applying the grounded theory. The objectives of this study were to: (1) analyze the reason and process of implementing regional design in Yoshiki High School's career education, (2) analyze the learning support system for regional projects at Yoshiki High School, and (3) analyze the transformation and reasons of Yoshiki High School students in learning regional design. The study results reveal: (1) changes in the process of practicing regional design in career education at Yoshiki High School, (2) the learning support system for regional projects at Yoshiki High School, (3) the transformation of Yoshiki High School students in learning regional design, and (4) the sustainability of the combination of local design and career education. |
