| 中文摘要 | 為服務與協助新住民,長期以來,政府與民間單位培訓了許多的新住民語文 通譯人員,「通譯」不僅讓新住民得以發揮既有的雙語優勢,更讓他們看見自己 助人的能力,開創不一樣的職涯發展。新住民須參加通譯培訓課程並通過考試後, 才能成為合格的通譯人才,然而,前揭新住民通譯人員所獲得的訓練課程是否適 當,完成這些訓練是否真正能承擔起通譯人員的角色與功能,以及所提供的服務 是否能符合需求者之期待,實宜審慎並深入評估。 為確保通譯訓練的有效性和服務的水準,對於通譯人員的培訓和養成,必須 從其所需的職能進行分析,並且依據分析的結果規劃出所需的訓練課程,方能進 一步規劃認證或考照制度。由於我國通譯人才多半從事生育保健、移民輔導、司 法以及教育方面的通譯,因此,本文主要之研究目的,在於探討前揭領域新住民 通譯人員應具備的語言能力與專業職能,進而發展職能導向之新住民通譯人員的 培訓課程內容。 |
| 英文摘要 | In order to serve and assist new immigrants, the government and the private sector have been training many new immigrant interpreters for a long time. However, it is essential to carefully and thoroughly evaluate whether the training courses received by the interpreters mentioned earlier are appropriate, whether the completion of these pieces of training can truly fulfill the role and function of an interpreter, and whether the services provided can meet the expectations of those in need. To ensure the effectiveness of interpreter training and the standard of service, analyzing the training and development of interpreters in terms of their required competencies is necessary. The required training courses should be planned based on the analysis results before further planning the certification or examination system. Since most of the new immigrant interpreters in Taiwan have engaged in fields such as reproductive health, immigration counseling, justice, as well as education, the primary purpose of this project is to explore the language skills and professional competencies of new immigrant interpreters in the fields mentioned above and to develop competency-oriented training programs for new immigrant interpreters. |
