| 中文摘要 | 近年來在地產業(Local Industry)觀光休閒活動盛行,對於認識鄉土文化特色,活絡 鄉村地區產業經濟具有莫大激勵的意義。從南投縣公布的歷年觀光遊憩區遊客人次統 計,2019 年的遊客人次統計達到 2,695 萬 4 千多人次,對地方帶來巨大的經濟效益。行 政院農業委員會年度年報顯示南投縣梅子種植面積全台第二,產量為台灣之冠,有鑑於 南投縣歷年的梅子產銷數據及觀光旅遊人次逐年增加,本研究依據新產品開發(New Product Development)流程、問卷調查、心智圖(Mind Map)及層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)等分析工具,探討南投縣梅子特色產品所帶動相關的觀光休閒活 動,對促進在地農業旅遊的助益。根據資料分析應用心智圖將遊客的需求歸納成六項重 要指標。再依層級分析法進行成對比較矩陣與一致性檢定,求得各項指標的權重值為美 食之旅(0.30)、體驗在地(0.20)、獲取新知(0.20)、情感連繫(0.15)、身心舒緩(0.10)與生活 規劃(0.05),從梅風味餐、賞梅、採梅和製梅活動中評選出優先排序的遊程規劃(Tour Planning),實踐在地產業融入觀光旅遊的整合展現。 |
| 英文摘要 | In recent years, tourism and leisure activities in the local industry have become popular. It is significant to understand local culture and activate the rural industrial economy. According to the statistics published by Nantou County over the years, the number of tourists into recreation areas in 2019 had reached more than 26.954 million, and created huge local economic benefits. In terms of plum industry, according to the annual report of the Council of Agricultural, Executive Yuan, the planting region in Nantou County is the second largest of Taiwan with the greatest production. Reviewing the plum production and business data in Nantou County over the years, this research applies New Product Development process, questionnaire survey, Mind Map, and AHP tools to study the plum industry related tourism and leisure activities; furthermore, it is expected to benefit local industries. According to the data analysis application mind map, the tourists demands are summarized into six major indicators. Following computing pairwise comparison matrix and consistency check, the resulting indicator weights are: food enjoyment (0.30), local life experience (0.20), knowledge acquisition (0.20), interaction (0.15), physical and mental relief (0.10) and life planning (0.05). It is suggested that idea tour planning should first prioritize itineraries from creative plum meals, flower viewing, plum picking, and handmade activities, and make appropriate arrangement. |
