| 中文摘要 | 風力發電作為一種綠色能源,不僅能有效減少對傳統能源的依賴,降低溫室氣體排放,更具有顯著的環保效 益。自民國 90 年起,我國積極推動風力發電,並於 100 年政府再度推行「再生能源極大化」政策,這一新能源 政策為我國能源發展描繪出更為寬廣的未來藍圖。根據能源署於 102 年 8 月規劃再生能源推廣裝置容量,當時 預計到民國 119 年,我國風力發電的裝置目標將達到 420 萬瓩,這將佔再生能源推廣總裝置容量 1,400 萬瓩的 30%。這股風力發電的蓬勃發展勢頭,將成為未來 20 年內再生能源開發主力之一,為我國能源結構轉型奠定穩 固基礎。 離岸風力發電第一期計畫為台電公司首次興建之離岸風力發電廠,亦是台灣首批示範離岸風場之一,共建置 21 部風機總裝置容量約為 110MW,每年可發出約 3.6 億度綠電;受限篇幅,本文僅針對風力發電機、風機下部 結構、海陸纜及陸上變電所等風場主要設施之工程設計作簡要說明。 |
| 英文摘要 | Wind power, as a form of green energy, not only effectively reduces dependence on traditional energy sources and lowers greenhouse gas emissions, but also offers significant environmental benefits. Since 2001, Taiwan has actively promoted wind power generation, and in 2011, the government further advanced the "Maximization of Renewable Energy" policy, which outlined a broader future blueprint for Taiwan's energy development. According to the Energy Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs, R.O.C.'s renewable energy deployment plan from August 2013, it was projected that by 2030, Taiwan's wind power installation target would reach 4.2 million kW, accounting for 30% of the total renewable energy capacity of 14 million kW. This booming wind power development is set to become one of the main drivers of renewable energy growth in the next 20 years, laying a solid foundation for Taiwan's energy transition. The Offshore Wind Farm Project - Phase I is Taiwan Power Company's first offshore wind farm, and one of Taiwan's first demonstration offshore wind farms. A total of 21 wind turbines were installed, with a total capacity of approximately 110 MW, generating about 360 million kWh of green electricity annually. Due to space limitations, this article provides a brief description of the engineering design of key facilities in the wind farm, such as the wind turbines, turbine substructures, offshore cables, and onshore substations. |
