| 中文摘要 | 面對快速變化的環境,各種教學創新方法不斷被提出,eduScrum是一種基於敏捷Scrum的教學模式,著重於學生的學習和自主性,是以學生為中心的學習方法之一,已被證實教學的有效性。鑑於eduScrum在我國教學的運用和實證研究仍然有限,本文以文獻分析法,分析eduScrum教學模式及其在高等教育運用的研究成果,說明eduScrum教學實踐的適用情境。透過eduScrum教學模式的運用,學生能夠發展出自主學習、團隊合作、批判性思考、創造力、溝通技巧、專案管理、時間管理、解決問題、責任感、學科知識和技能、反思與學習以及靈活性和適應力等重要的能力和技能。 |
| 英文摘要 | In response to rapidly changing environments, various innovative teaching methods continue to emerge. eduScrum, a teaching model based on Agile Scrum principles, emphasizes student learning and autonomy. It is a student-centered approach that has been proven effective in teaching practices. Given the limited implementation and empirical research on eduScrum in teaching contexts within Taiwan, this study adopts a literature analysis method to examine the eduScrum teaching model and its application in higher education. It further explores the appropriate contexts for implementing eduScrum practices. Through the application of the eduScrum teaching model, students can develop essential abilities and skills, including self-directed learning, teamwork, critical thinking, creativity, communication skills, project management, time management, problem-solving, responsibility, subject knowledge and competencies, reflective learning, as well as flexibility and adaptability. |
