| 英文摘要 | Modern life pace, high pressure, and the sitting lifestyle is increasing, three-hypers series disease and cardiovascular diseases are increasing recently. However, the autonomic nervous system is related to the function of many organs, the impact on the function of the heart is even more serious. It has been shown that aerobic exercise can enhance the activity of the autonomic nervous system, and Tai Chi combines the characteristics of aerobic, lower limb muscle strength and abdominal breathing, and also has been revealed to regulate the autonomic nervous system and enhance heart rate variability, may even have better benefit than other aerobic exercise. Therefore, this article summarizes previous literature, and to provide people as a reference for preventive care. |
