| 中文摘要 | 目的:本研究旨在探討單次等作功量不同強度阻力運動對年輕男性的動脈硬化相關指標 的影響。方法:本研究受試者為 22 名大學男生 (年齡 20.36±1.62 歲、身高 173.76±5.47 公分、 體重 81.64±18.10 公斤、體脂肪 24.11±8.92%) 。實驗開始前 (T1),所有受試者皆先進行心踝 血管指數 (cardio-ankle vascular index, CAVI)、動脈收縮壓 (systolic arterial pressure, SAP) 、足 踝上臂動脈血壓比 (ankle-brachial index, ABI) 之測量。分別進行等量單次低 (LRE:40% 1RM,反覆 12 次,共進行 3 組,每組休息 90 秒)、中 (MRE:60% 1RM,反覆 8 次,共進行 3 組,每組休息 90 秒)、高強度 (HRE:80% 1RM,反覆 6 次,共進行 3 組,每組休息 90 秒) 阻力運動,各組阻力運動皆間隔 2 週,並在運動後立即 (T2) 與運動後 30 分鐘 (T3) 再次測 量動脈硬化各測驗變項。本研究以相依樣本二因子變異數分析,考驗不同阻力運動前後動脈 硬化各測驗變項是否有顯著差異,顯著水準 α 訂為.05。結果:本研究發現阻力運動後立即及 運動後 30 分鐘的 CAVI 顯著降低 (T2 < T3 <T1, p < .05),且高強度阻力運動前後的 CAVI 差 異,顯著高於低強度阻力運動 (p < .05)。結論:單次阻力運動能立即降低大學男生動脈硬化 程度,其中以高強度阻力運動對部分指標有較佳的正向影響,但此效果的機轉及可持續的時 間仍有待進一步驗證。 |
| 英文摘要 | Purpose: To investigate the effects of acute resistance exercise with different intensity but equal work on arterial stiffness related indices in young males. Methods: Twenty-four college males were recruited (age: 20.36±1.62yr, Ht: 173.76±5.47cm, Wt: 81.64±18.10kg, %BF: 24.11±8.92%). Firstly, cardio-ankle vascular index (CAVI), systolic arterial pressure (SAP), and ankle-brachial index (ABI) were measured prior to the experiment (T1). Secondly, all participants performed three trials of acute resistance exercise of equal work while different intensity, which were low resistance exercise (LRE: 40% 1RM, 12 repetitions, 3 sets, resting 90s between each set), moderate resistance exercise (MRE: 60% 1RM, 8 repetitions, 3 sets, resting 90s between each set), and high resistance exercise (HRE: 80% 1RM, 6 repetitions, 3 sets, resting 90s between each set). Each trial was separated by 2 weeks, and the arterial stiffness variables (CAVI, SAP, ABI) were measured immediately (T2) and 30 minutes post (T3) to resistance exercise. Data were analyzed by two-way repeated measures ANOVA with α level set at .05. Results: The result indicated that CAVI significantly decreased at immediately (T2) and 30 minutes post (T3) to resistance exercise (T2 < T3 <T1, p < .05). In addition, the differences in CAVI before and after HRE was significantly higher than LRE (p<.05). Conclusions: Acute resistance exercise immediately reduces the degree of atherosclerosis in young males, and high- intensity resistance exercise has better positive effect on some indicators. However, the mechanism and duration of the effect still need further verification. |
