| 中文摘要 | 本研究探討國小教師對雙語教育的困難概念及其性別與城鄉的差異觀點。研究對象是145 為新北市國小教師,男性教師36 未及女性教師109 位。研究方法為問卷調查與開放性問題答案 之文本分析。研究三項結果為:教師的多樣困難概念廣泛的散佈於六個向度、有性別差異觀點 存在、城鄉也有不同的觀點。研究提出三項建議。第一、建立線上雙語教育的指南手冊方便教 師學習與查閱困難概念。第二、雙語教育決策時納入性別均衡的聲音。第三、提供雙語教育彈 性的配套措施以滿足城鄉教師不同的觀點與需求。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study explores the challenging concepts of bilingual education faced by elementary school teachers and examines differences in these concepts based on teachers' gender and the urban or rural location of their schools. The study involved 145 elementary school teachers in New Taipei City, including 36 male and 109 female teachers. The research method employed was a survey with text analysis of open-ended responses. The study found that teachers face various difficult concepts in six different dimensions and that there were gender differences in these concepts. It also identified different perspectives based on urban-rural location. Based on the study's findings, three suggestions are made. First, a bilingual education online guidebook with Q&A should be created to provide teachers with a convenient means to enhance their competency in bilingual education and to answer their questions. Second, there should be gender-balanced policy-making voices; female teachers provided profound and in-depth reflections and should be included in the top decision-making circles for bilingual education. Finally, different and flexible bilingual education support measures should be provided to meet the diverse needs of urban and rural teachers. |
