| 中文摘要 | 軍訓教官全面退出校園政策立法院已於 2013 年三讀通過,預計 2023 年全面退出,雖 然教官退出校園已有十年的緩衝期限,但軍訓教官所負責的工作內容,包括校園安全、反 毒反霸凌、學生輔導等工作,端靠校安人員以及全民國防教師,似乎仍力有未逮,因此預 估全部教官退出校園需至 2030 年才能完成。而為考量全民國防教育課程授課人力替補問題,教育部開設全民國防教育學程,鼓勵非正式教師以及軍訓教官取得教師證照,方能無 縫接軌其在校園所擔負的重責大任。然而整個過程中對於軍訓教官的脈絡歷程卻值得探 究。 本研究透過質性研究的深入訪談方法,針對九位現職高中職軍訓教官,報考進修全民 國防學程且透過教師檢定考取得教師證照者進行訪談,從疑慮、報考動機、遭遇困境、如 何克服、生涯規劃以及心得感想進行深入的研究。研究發現參加動機主要是要延續自己的 工作生涯,同時強化自己教學知能,當中工作家庭的衝突與矛盾不斷出現,包括經濟、教 養、工作壓力等,而在同儕校方協助,家人友伴支持、妥善讀書計畫,最重要的是自我不 斷的要求,也都成為成功克服並且度過難關的關鍵因素。最後建議應推動質量兼併的國防 專業課程,強化基本本質學能,未來才能夠擔負起全民國防教師的重責大任。 |
| 英文摘要 | The policy of full withdrawal of military instructors from campuses was passed by the Legislative Yuan in 2013, and is expected to be fully withdrawn in 2023. Alt-hough there is a tenyear buffer period for the policy, military instructors are respon-sible for a variety of tasks, including campus safety, anti-drug and anti-bullying, and student counseling, which are not enough to rely on the school security personnel and the All-Out Defense Teachers. In order to consider the issue of the All-Out Defense education program, the Ministry of Education has created the All-Out Defense edu-cation program that encourages informal teacher and military training instructors to acquire teaching licenses so that they can seamlessly take over the heavy responsibil-ities on campus security. This study conducted in-depth interviews with nine current high school military training instructors who had applied for the teacher education Program of All-Out Defense and obtained their teaching licenses through the Teacher Certification Ex-amination. The study examined their concerns, motivations for applying for the pro-gram, difficulties they encountered, how they overcame the difficulties, career plan-ning, and their thoughts and feelings. The study found that the main motivation for taking the exam was to continue working career and to strengthen expertise, in which work-family conflicts and contradictions constantly arose, including financial, par-enting, and work pressures, etc., and that the assistance of peers in the school, the support of family members and friends, a proper study plan, and the self-requirement were the key factors. Finally, it is recommended to promote a combination of quality and professional defense courses to strengthen the basic academic skills in order to be able to take on the important responsibility of teaching AllOut Defense to all people in the future. |
