| 中文摘要 | 博物館的家庭觀眾組成多元,來訪的動機及需求各異。博物館是否 可透過適性的活動與資源,引導親子家庭走進一般傳統展廳,展開自信的 學習與探索?許多博物館的一般展廳以成人為主要對象闡述文本,該如何 銜接展示內容與兒童先備經驗的隔閡,以具吸引力且深入淺出的手法吸引 家庭觀眾的共同投入、啟動寓教於樂的親子共遊,則須先瞭解家庭觀眾的 需求期待、掌握其喜好傾向,方能透過有效的內容設計,協助他們建構好 玩又有學的展廳學習經驗。本文聚焦在藝術類博物館利用自導資源作為展 覽中介策略,以國立故宮博物院 2022 年推行的「藝童寫遊記」親子探索 包作為研究案例,透過文獻研究與觀眾問卷調查,探究家長及兒童對於親 子自導式展廳遊程的滿意度及喜好傾向。本次研究發現影響家長及兒童對 於自導資源滿意度的成因有所差異、家長及兒童所喜好的提問類型有所差 異,以及家長在不同的親子陪伴情境下亦展現不同的喜好傾向。 |
| 英文摘要 | Family audiences have diverse backgrounds and motivations for visiting museums. How can museums encourage families with children to explore confidently in traditional gal- leries through appropriate activities and resources? Amid the mainly adult-targeted displays and texts, how can museums bridge the gap between gallery content and children՚s prior experience to engage families in attractive and accessible ways? Museums must first understand the needs and expectations of family audiences, as well as their preferences, to help them create a fun and informative gallery learning experi- ence. This study focuses on the mediaion strategy of family self-guided resources, with the “Journey through the Artverse” Family Discovery Kit, developed by the National Palace Museum (Taipei) in 2022, serving as a case study. Combining literature review and audience surveys, the learning tendencies of both parents and children were analyzed. Based on the results, different factors contributed to the satisfaction with self-guided resources among parents and children. Parents and children preferred different types of questions, while parent preferences also depended on the types of parent-child interactions. |
