| 中文摘要 | 隨著影音、資訊及通訊技術設備(ITAV)已成為現代人生活和工作的一部份,能夠長時間待機與使用是設備必備條件,為達此目標,ITAV除了降低設備的耗電量外,也必須使用高能量密度的電池,鋰電池便成為首選。電池存在必然有風險,為減少人體因接觸危害物質而受傷,提供於設備內電池保護電路應符合安全防護規定,因此在ITAV設備廣泛使用的時代,本文以防止潛在危險的安全工程(HBSE)評估法確立試驗準則,再透過型式試驗法探討電腦伺服器內電池保護電路之安全防護,重新檢視電腦伺服器內電池保護電路可以運用的限電流保護。分析電腦伺服器樣品內RTC一次鋰電池保護電路所做的試驗顯示IEC 62368-1理論之安全防護包括:(1)、危害物質導致傷害之防護;(2)、電池及其保護電路之防護。發現電腦伺服器之型式試驗 應在正常操作條件、異常操作條件、單一故障條件期間提供安全防護,試驗包括電池過放電,不可充電電池意外充電試驗,以及電池反極性之安裝試驗。在限電流上,由於電池製造廠商建議鋰電池放電速率C-rate之保護及之連續負載之放電電流值均可能提高電池過放電與異常充電的安全防護,透過單一故障操作條件試驗,確保電池溫度不超過電池製造商規格,運用限電流可提升電腦伺服器內電池及其保護電路的安全性。 |
| 英文摘要 | As audio-visual, information and communication technology equipment (ITAV) has become a part of modern people's life and work, it is a must for the equipment to be able to stand by and be used for a long time. To achieve this goal, ITAV not only reduces the power consumption of the equipment, batteries with high energy density must also be used, and lithium batteries have become the first choice. Batteries are bound to have risks. In order to reduce human injuries due to exposure to hazardous substances, the battery protection circuit provided within the equipment should comply with safeguard regulations. Therefore, in an era when ITAV equipment is widely used, the hazard-based safety engineering (HBSE) assessment method to is to establish the experimental criteria, and then use the type test method to explore the safety protection of the battery protection circuit in the computer server and re-examine the current limiting protection that can be used in the battery protection circuit in the computer server. Experiments conducted to analyze the RTC primary lithium battery protection circuit in computer server samples show that safeguard of the IEC 62368-1 theory includes: (1) Protection against injuries caused by hazardous substances; (2) Protection of batteries and their protection circuits. Type tests for computer servers were found as: Safety protection should be provided during normal operating conditions, abnormal operating conditions, and single fault conditions. The tests include battery over-discharge, non-rechargeable battery abnormal charging tests, and battery reverse polarity installation tests. In terms of current limit, since the battery manufacturer recommends that the protection of the lithium battery discharge rate C-rate and the discharge current value of the continuous load may improve the safeguard of the battery over-discharge and abnormal charging. Through single-fault operating condition testing, ensure that the battery temperature does not exceed battery manufacturer specifications; the use of current limiting can improve the safety of batteries and their protection circuits in computer servers. |
