| 中文摘要 | 因應全球淨零碳排風潮,以電動車替代燃油車已是國際間共同努力的目標,預期未來電動車市場將 蓬勃發展。其中,電磁鋼片是電動車馬達鐵芯的核心材料,其鋼片表面所覆蓋之防蝕塗膜亦扮演至關重 要角色,可賦予鋼片優異的耐蝕性、絕緣性、與加工性等。本研究針對高性能電動車馬達需求,開發出 功能型無鉻塗膜電磁鋼片。該塗膜不僅須符合歐盟 REACH、RoHS 環保法規,更克服傳統無鉻塗膜所遭 遇的銲接不良、附著性不良、色澤不均等問題。研究中利用 SEM-FIB、TEM、GDS 等儀器解析傳統塗 膜加工性能不佳原因,對塗料配方設計與製程加以改善,進而提升整體塗膜性能。本研究所開發之塗膜 鋼品已順利導入知名國際車廠,累計出貨 2 萬噸鋼捲,創造營業額 10.8 億元,預期未來用量將持續成長。 |
| 英文摘要 | In response to the global net-zero carbon emission, replacing fossil fuel vehicles with electric vehicles (EV) has become an international goal. It is expected that the EV market will flourish in the future. Among them, the electrical steel (ES) is the key material for the EV motor, and the coating on its surface is equally essential. The coating exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, insulation, and processability. In this study, a highly functional chromium-free coated ES was developed to meet the needs of high-performance EV motors. The coating not only complies with REACH and RoHS regulations, but also overcome the problems faced by traditional chromium-free coatings, such as poor welding, poor adhesion, and uneven coloration. By utilizing instruments like SEM-FIB, TEM and GDS, this study analyzed the reasons behind the inadequate properties of traditional coating, thereby, made improvements in formulation and process design to enhance the overall coating performance. The study has resulted in the development of a coated steel that has been effectively utilized by global automobile manufacturers. A significant quantity of 20,000 tons of steel coils has been delivered, generating a turnover of 1.08 billion NTD. It is expected that the usage will continue to grow in the future. |
