| 英文摘要 | Low-carbon steel was used as the substrate, and the Zn-Al-Mg alloy coating was hot-dipped by a two-stage batch method. The experimental results indicate that the two-stage batch process of hot-dip Zn-Al-Mg alloy coating has superior corrosion resistance compared to the commercially available Zn(AlMg) alloy coatings. The study found that samples subjected to two different immersion time processes exhibited identical corrosion behavior in various corrosion tests, including the AASS test for 1680 hours, CASS test for 300 hours, CCT test for 270 cycles, and suspension corrosion test for 8 days. Both the (Zn/MgZn2)eutectoid and (Zn/Al/MgZn2)eutectoid samples initially corroded and formed a protective layer of Zn6Al2(OH)16CO3·4H2O. This protective layer remained stable throughout the test period, providing effective protection for the low carbon steel substrate without undergoing any changes. |
