| 英文摘要 | This study explores the application of remote sensing in disaster assessment, focusing on using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). The research integrates UAVs with 3D modeling and a cloud-based crowdsourcing platform to analyze real-world cases, including earthquake and rice lodging. UAV-based disaster assessment is characterized by high mobility and spatial resolution, enabling the rapid mobility of precision disaster information, facilitating decision-making and enhancing operational efficiency. To address challenges such as the shortage of skilled operators and limitations in on-site image processing resources, this study proposes a cloud- based crowdsourcing platform combined with deep learning algorithms to enable real- time, large-scale disaster data processing. Integrating UAVs with crowdsourcing significantly improves the efficiency of disaster damage assessments, demonstrating its potential for broader application in future disaster management and rice lodging evaluation. |
