| 中文摘要 | 面對 AI 時代的挑戰,高等教育必須從傳統的知識教導,轉型為能力的培養。而 培育「自律型人才」,也意味著學生學習型態必須從「被動的學習者」,轉變為「主動 的學習者」,以培育學生面對複雜的情境時,能迅速掌握問題,並找出最佳解決問題 方案的判斷力。作為大學基礎的通識教育,在高等教育面臨轉型變革的大局底下, 亦必須努力尋找未來大學通識教育的理想型態與教育方針。培育自律型人才、解決 問題的能力、能整合統整知識建構自己的見解,以產出新的答案,應該是未來通識 教育革新的方向。然而,這種面向未來的通識教育應該如何著手與規劃?即成為當 前從事通識教育實務工作者必須深思的問題。本文擬以臺北醫學大學通識教育中心 規劃的「自主學習」制度為例,去回應上述問題,亦希望北醫的經驗能為通識教育 發展有所貢獻。 |
| 英文摘要 | In the face of challenges posed by the AI era, higher education needs to shift from traditional knowledge dissemination to fostering capabilities. Cultivating 'self-disciplined talent' implies a shift in students' learning patterns from being passive learners to becoming proactive ones. This transformation aims to equip students with the judgment to swiftly comprehend complex situations and devise optimal solutions when faced with challenges. As the cornerstone of university education, general education must also strive to seek an ideal form and educational approach amidst the transformative landscape of higher education. Nurturing self-disciplined individuals, problem-solving skills, the ability to integrate knowledge to form individual perspectives, and generating innovative solutions should be the direction for the future reformation of general education. However, how should this future-oriented general education be initiated and planned? This becomes a crucial question that practitioners in the field of general education must deeply ponder. This article intends to address this question by using the example of the 'self-directed learning' system implemented by the General Education Center at Taipei Medical University. It aims to respond to the aforementioned issues while hoping that Taipei Medical University's experience can contribute to the development of general education. |
