| 中文摘要 | 臺灣原住民族實驗教育學校的發展是國內重要實驗教育發展趨勢,有益於原住民族學生學習及族群文化保留,但面臨師資稀缺、配套不足、目標不一等挑戰。本研究採用詮釋現象學為徑,探討一位曾經擔任過原住民族實驗學校的校長,透過現象學中的還原(phenomeno logical reduction)、建構(phenomenological construction)、解構(phenomeno logical deconstruction)方式,通過詮釋來探求原住民族實驗教育及其實踐內容。最後透過構成教育場域的三個重要組成要素:受教者、施教者、與教育媒材來提出啟示與建議,並藉由研究發現呼籲,關心原住民族實驗教育學校議題的教育研究者,應運用詮釋現象學的精神,時時反思該現象的存有本質,當有益於擺脫偏見,達成培育在特殊環境下成長的學童,使之有能力延續其生活及發展其潛能的教育工作目標。 |
| 英文摘要 | The development of Taiwan's indigenous experimental education schools is an important experimental education development trend, which is beneficial to the learning and cultural preservation of indigenous students, but it still faces challenges such as scar city of teachers, insufficient supporting facilities, and inconsistent goals. This study adopts the approach of hermeneutic phenomenology to explore a former principal of an experimental school for indigenous peoples. Through the phenomenological reduction , phenomenological construction, and phenomeno logical deconstruction methods in phenomenology, Explore Indigenous experimental education and its practical content through interpretation. Finally, inspiration and suggestions are put forward through the three important elements that constitute the educational field: students, teachers, and educational media, and through the research findings, we call for educational research on issues related to indigenous experimental education schools. Students should use the spirit of hermeneutic phenomenology to constantly reflect on the nature of the phenomenon. This will help get rid of prejudice and achieve the educational goal of cultivating students who grow up in special environments so that they can continue their lives and develop their potential. |
