| 中文摘要 | 水保局於縣市管河川及區域排水整體改善計畫內針對上游坡地水土保持辦理保育治理工 作,民國 110-111 年治理工程,共計辦理 287 件治理工程,110 年度治理工程實際土砂控制成 效為 66.6 萬立方公尺,可達預計量化指標(52 萬立方公尺);111 年度治理工程實際土砂控制成 效為 71.8 萬立方公尺,可達預計量化指標(69.4 萬立方公尺),第三期(110~111 年度)治理工程合 計控制土砂生產量達 138.4 萬立方公尺,達成率 114%。本研究於苗栗縣通霄鎮「通霄福龍里 2 鄰旁坑溝整治及淹水治理工程」架設水位流量監測站,由實際觀測降雨流量資料以水文模式進 行水源涵養量評估該區每年可流出之體積為 3153.6m3/ha,並建立水源涵養量評估方法。挑選 6 處重點治理區域進行成效評估,坑內坑溪排水系統控制土砂量為 13.22 萬立方公尺,整治率 3%;曾文溪水系支流排水系統控制土砂量為 12.97 萬立方公尺,整治率 0.37%;冬山河排水系 統控制土砂量為 1.55 萬立方公尺,整治率 8.6%;通霄溪排水統控制土砂量為 4.99 萬立方公尺, 整治率 1.47%;西湖溪排水系統控制土砂量為 1.24 萬立方公尺,整治率 0.29%;美濃地區排水 系統控制土砂量為 7.16 萬立方公尺,整治率 0.17%。 |
| 英文摘要 | SWCB handles conservation and management work for the water and soil conservation of upstream slopes in the overall improvement plan of county and city management of rivers and regional drainage. In the treatment project of the Republic of China in 110-111, a total of 287 treatment projects were processed. The actual soil and sand control effect in 110’s treatment projects (controlling the production of soil and sand) was 666,000 cubic meters, which can reach the expected quantitative index (520,000 cubic meters).The actual soil and sand control effect in 111’s treatment projects (controlling the production of soil and sand) was 718,000 cubic meters, which can reach the expected quantitative index (694,000 cubic meters). Achievement rate of 114%. Set up water level and flow monitoring station,The annual outflow volume is 3153.6m3/ha. Select 6 key governance areas for effectiveness evaluation. The amount of soil and sand controlled by the pit creek drainage system is 132,200 cubic meters, the remediation rate is 3%.
