| 英文摘要 | The term "tongxiang sanguan" 通相三觀 is one of the contemplation methods proposed by Tiantai Zhiyi to explain Vimalakīrti sūtra. The main frame for contemplative practices of Tiantai is constructed on the seperate the three contemplations 別相三觀 and the threefold contemplation in one mind 一心三觀 in Tiantai. Since Zhiyi put forward this statement, Zhanran and some others have provided different perspectives on the issue and tried to reveal the meaning of the term. For example, Zhanran took tongxiang sanguan as the demonstration of the alternative Perfect Teaching. Yet Miyabe Ryōyu 宮部亮侑 thought that the difference between tongxiang sanguan and the threefold contemplation in one mind lies in the difference in literal definitions. Otherwise, Yamaguchi Hiroe 山口弘江 advocated that tongxiang sanguan is the deepening approach toward Madhyamaka. Furthernore, Lin Zhiqin 林志欽 proposed that universal contemplation connects with three contemplations and is different from direct contemplation. In order to clarify such related issues, this article tries to interpret Zhiyi's definition of tongxiang sanguan in depth, and to reflect on the significances of relevant issues in tongxiang sanguan. Based on this, a comprehensive understanding is delivered in this article. |
