| 英文摘要 | Tamsui's beautiful natural landscape is a key reason why people choose to settle here. With its geographic advantages and abundant agricultural and fishing resources, Tamsui serves as the granary of the Taipei Basin, located at the foot of Datun Mountain. Additionally, its thriving shipping industry has fostered diverse cultural exchanges, bringing together a gathering of different cultures. The history of Tamsui's development illustrates the city’s diversity and inclusiveness. It stands as the administrative district with the highest density of cultural heritage sites in all of Taiwan. With the national historic site Fort San Domingo at the core of Tamsui Historical Museum’s creative policies, the area has remained one of northern Taiwan's most beloved scenic destinations for leisure and tourism, offering rich spiritual nourishment for the soul. The core mission of the Tamsui Historical Museum is to allow the public to experience the rich cultural history of Tamsui through its beautiful scenery, while being committed to promoting knowledge and cultural heritage through a blend of education and entertainment. Everyone has their own favorite places and moments in Tamsui. Through the personal historical stories and emotional memories of each individual, we collectively shape the city’s urban history and propel its narrative forward. For an ecomuseum with both tangible and intangible cultural heritage collections, how do we encounter the Tamsui Historical Museum at the intersection of personal micro-histories and collective macro-historical narratives? |
