| 中文摘要 | 本文探討生成式人工智慧工具在大學部中英口譯教學上的應用潛力。相較於研究 所階段以培養專業口譯員為目標的口譯教學,大學部的口譯課程主要著重於培養學 生的跨語言、跨文化溝通技巧,並強化學生的英語理解與表達能力。本文從大學部 口譯教師的角度,探討如何善用生成式人工智慧工具迅速生成各式文本的優勢,以 更有效率的方式提升教學成效。具體應用包括利用人工智慧產出演講架構、摘要 與換句話說的範例編寫符合學生語言程度與興趣的口譯教材,包括調整詞彙難度、 產生對話腳本協助學生進行口譯前準備,生成平行文本與詞彙表在評量方面, 產出多種譯文範本並針對學生的口譯產出提供語言建議。本文建議教師可在課程中 分享如何應用人工智慧輔助備課與教材設計,啟發學生善用工具為自己量身訂做最 適合的口譯學習藍圖,同時也為未來人機互動與合作的時代做好準備。 |
| 英文摘要 | This paper examines the potential applications of generative AI tools in teaching Chinese-English interpreting at the undergraduate level. While graduate-level programs focus on training professional interpreters, undergraduate Chinese-English interpreting courses aim primarily to develop students' cross-linguistic and cross-cultural communication competence and enhance their English comprehension and production skills. From the perspective of undergraduate interpreting instructors, this paper explores how to effectively utilize the text-generation capabilities of AI tools to enhance pedagogical effectiveness. Specific applications include: generating exemplars of speech structures, summaries, and paraphrasing exercises; developing instructional materials tailored to students' language proficiency and interests, including vocabulary level adjustment and dialogue script generation; facilitating students' preparation through the creation of parallel texts and glossaries; and providing assessment support through multiple model translations and linguistic feedback on students' interpreting performance. The paper suggests that instructors share their experiences of using AI for lesson planning and material design, inspiring students to utilize these tools to create personalized learning plans while preparing them for future human-machine interaction and collaboration. |
