| 中文摘要 | 臺北都會區大眾捷運系統建設路網始於 1975 年初步規劃,迄今歷經 22 次通車,營運以來可靠度及滿意度均名列世界地鐵系統前茅,其與臺北都會 區的城市發展可謂相輔相成,互蒙其利。臺北都會區捷運以解決交通議題起 始,逐步發展出以車站為中心的開發策略,意即以大眾運輸導向的都市發展, 隨著臺北捷運的發展歷程愈發縝密,臺北捷運帶來臺北都會區軟、硬體方面 的正面助益與經驗回饋,而臺北都會區的都市發展也提供臺北捷運財務的永 續。軌道交通與都市發展的共生模式,應是以軌道交通為核心,透過站區周 邊設計、整合路網及 CSR 服務,形塑流動性高且公共服務良善的都市發展環 境,在此共生模式及共生策略的推動之下,臺北捷運後續路網逐步興建完成, 臺北都會區等時圈亦同步擴大,希冀於 2050 年完善北臺區域整體軌道路網,持續蔓延軌道交通與都市共生之路。 |
| 英文摘要 | The construction of the mass rapid transit system in the Taipei Metropolitan Area began with preliminary planning in 1975. It has been opened to traffic 22 times so far. Since its operation, reliability and satisfaction have ranked among the best in the world's subway systems. It can be said to complement the urban development of the Taipei Metropolitan Area. Taipei Metropolitan Area MRT started with solving traffic issues, and gradually developed a station-centered development strategy, which means urban development oriented by mass transportation. The positive assistance and experience feedback from the software and hardware aspects of the Taipei Metropolitan Area, and the urban development of the Taipei Metropolitan Area also provide financial sustainability for Taipei MRT. The symbiotic model of rail transit and urban development should take the rail transit as the core, and shape an urban development environment with high mobility and good public services through the design of the surrounding areas of the station, the integration of networks and CSR services. Driven by the symbiosis strategy, the follow-up network of the Taipei MRT has been gradually completed, and the isochronous circle of the Taipei metropolitan area has also been expanded simultaneously. It is hoped that the overall rail network in the Taipei area will be improved in 2050, and the road of rail transit and urban symbiosis will continue to spread. |
