| 中文摘要 | 新馬的血緣組織分為兩種:一、基於血緣、地緣及方言紐帶形成的地域性宗親集團,成員共認一個相近的祖先;二、依據大範圍親緣與地緣為紐帶,或以傳統兄弟結盟的特殊團體為基礎的非地域性宗親集團。馬六甲作為最早擁有華人落戶的州屬,血緣組織林立,形成「宗祠」「宗親會」「公會」及「家族會」四種類型的血緣組織,其中「家族會」屬地域性宗親集團,其運作形式保留部分傳統的宗族文化。本文以馬六甲曾厝社恒元祖陳氏家族會為個案,窺探海外華人傳承中國宗族文化的歷程與機制。研究發現,地理環境與社會因素的變遷下,宗族文化得到傳承的同時,內部成員亦進行適當的創造與調整,以迎合在地與時代的需求及挑戰。 |
| 英文摘要 | Consanguineous association refers to the association based on blood ties as a principle and the same family surname or lineage relationship. As the earliest state with Chinese settlements, Melaka has numerous consanguineous associations. After Malaya's independence, Melaka's consanguineous association continued to flourish, forming four types of consanguineous associations, namely "ancestral temple" "clan association" "association" and "family association", among which the operation form of "family association" retained part of the traditional clan culture. This paper explores the process and mechanism of the inheritance of Chinese clan culture by overseas Chinese of Chan Choo Siah Heng Guan Choh Nam Tan Association in Melaka. The study finds that while changing geographical and social factors affect the inheritance of clan culture, internal members also create and adapt to meet the needs and challenges of the local community and the era. |
