| 中文摘要 | 僧官體系濫觴於魏晉南北朝時,政權委任僧人為行政官員,並設立宗教管理的專責政治機關,在政府崇優宗教中加強對宗教的控制和管理,為此後中國各代「宗教管理專責化,教育思想依君主」的宗教管理原則建立了原型的路徑。本研究目的有二,第一,就中國僧官制度的原型作一梳理,其中涉及兩晉南北朝僧官制度的組織變遷,包括中央、地方及基層的僧官職務設置。另外,因為此時期僧官制度為萌芽階段,且南北分治朝代更迭頻繁,就銓選、任免俸秩作一綜合性的梳理。第二,就僧官組織的權力設計及功能作一剖析,初始的僧官(僧任僧官)具有立法、司法、人事、財產管理及建寺審查等權力,然則這樣的組織設計並未發揮出相對應的功能。組織設計的缺失,使得社會問題產生,尤其是對於當時政權在國家勞動力及經濟議題上產生了衝擊,此類的議題集中於僧官制度及政策的互動,故需作一分析,進而能從整體角度來論述原始僧官制度的全貌。 |
| 英文摘要 | The monk-official system originated in the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties. The regime appointed monks as administrative officials and established dedicated political agencies for religious management. The government strengthened the control and management of religions as the government advocated religion. This laid the foundation for the "specialization of religious management in subsequent generations of China". , the educational thought established a prototype path based on the religious management principle of "the monarch". The purpose of this study is two-fold. First, to sort out the prototype of the Chinese monk-official system, which involves the organizational changes of the monk-official system in the Jin and Southern and Northern Dynasties, including the establishment of monk-official positions at the central, local and grassroots levels. In addition, because the monk-official system was in its infancy during this period, and the dynasties that divided the north and the south changed frequently, a comprehensive review of the salary rankings for selection, appointment and dismissal was made. Second, let's analyze the power design and functions of the monk-official organization. The initial monk-official (monk-appointed monk-official) had powers such as legislation, justice, personnel, property management, and temple construction review.
