| 英文摘要 | The primary objective of this study is to investigate the disparities in sports engagement levels and psychological capital among upper-grade students in primary schools with varying background variables, while also validating the influential relationships among control variables, sports participation levels, psychological capital, and sports well-being. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed across six primary schools in the central and southern regions of the country, with a retrieval of 360 valid responses, resulting in an impressive retrieval rate of 90%. The statistical analysis of the data yielded the following outcomes: Gender and participation in sports-related clubs demonstrated significant variances in sports engagement levels, whereas grade level did not exhibit any significant disparities. Moreover, gender and involvement in sports-related clubs exhibited noteworthy disparities in psychological capital, while grade level did not manifest significant differences. Sports participation levels exhibited a significant positive influence on the self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience components of psychological capital. The self-efficacy, optimism, and resilience aspects of psychological capital had a significant positive impact on sports well-being, although hope did not exert a statistically significant influence. Notably, the self-efficacy, optimism, and resilience components of psychological capital demonstrated a complete mediating effect within the model. These research findings provide valuable insights for future related investigations. |
