| 英文摘要 | This study explores the innovative integration of generative AI technology in the field of financial education, particularly through the development of a chatbot aimed at enhancing investor knowledge and decision-making capabilities. Given the increasing complexity and dynamism of financial products, generic generative AI chatbots have many shortcomings and even risks, making them unsuitable for investors in general circumstances. This research project, “Tianwen”, utilizes advanced generative AI technology like ChatGPT to create a platform that offers a personalized and intelligent Q&A interactive experience. This paper addresses new challenges in the AI field, such as reducing bias and ensuring that generative AI can accurately convey financial information, through extensive case studies and risk analysis. This research reveals the potential of generative AI in transforming financial education, increasing accessibility and interactivity, and keeping pace with digital transformation in the financial sector. Moreover, this study particularly emphasizes the necessity of maintaining safety, responsibility, and compliance when applying AI technology in the field of financial education. Overall, this study demonstrates how generative AI can bridge the gap between complex financial concepts and public understanding, making financial literacy more accessible to a broad audience and paving new paths for the future of financial education. |
