中文摘要 | 台東縣不論是氣候及地形都很適合栽種洛神花,有著洛神花故鄉的名號,特別是金峰鄉,產量可謂是台東縣之冠。洛神花除了含有花青素、多酚及其它豐富的營養成分,可用於養顏美容、調整血脂、維護肝臟的作用,更被號稱為台東山上瑰麗的紅寶石。而洛神花是特用作物的一種,鮮果並無經濟價值,經過加工後才會凸顯價值所在於洛神籽與洛神花萼。其中最常吃的洛神花蜜餞和洛神花茶等等,都是由洛神花的花萼所製作而成,而洛神籽有豐富的果膠,適合跟洛神花萼熬成果醬,增加稠度。所以會著重在監測洛神花的籽與花萼,開花後呈紫紅色的花萼是否變厚實及洛神籽是否飽滿再進行採收其花萼。有鑑於此,本論文提出「洛神花花萼之 AI 物聯網監測暨大數據採收預測系統(AIoT Monitoring and Big Data Prediction System for Roselle Calyx Harvest, AIOT-MBDPS)」,對洛神花萼做監測與大數據採收預測。利用 Linkit-7697 物聯網開發板,整合溫度、土壤濕度、酸鹼度、光照度等感測器,將感測到的數據上傳至雲端資料庫,藉著透過大數據分析計算出有效累積生育度數、每天日照量,利用資料探勘技術找出洛神花萼可採收的時機以及觀察感測到的溫度、濕度、酸鹼度和光照度的數據彼此之間的關連性,建立洛神花 AI 物聯網感測系統。系統將會依據溫度、濕度、酸鹼度及光照度,自動發出可採收的提示訊號,藉此省去人力成本,並達到精準的智慧環境監控。 |
英文摘要 | Taitung County is very suitable for growing Roselle in terms of climate and terrain. It is known as the hometown of Roselle, such as Jinfeng Township. In addition to containing anthocyanins, polyphenols and other rich nutrients, Roselle can be used to beautify the skin, adjust blood lipids, and protect the liver. It is also known as the magnificent ruby in the mountains of Taitung. Roselle is a special crop. The fresh fruit has no economic value. After processing, the value lies in Roselle seeds and Roselle calyx. Among them, the most commonly eaten Roselle preserves and Roselle tea are made from the calyx of Roselle. Roselle seeds are rich in pectin, which is suitable for making jam with Roselle calyx to increase the consistency. Hence, this paper focused on monitoring the seeds and calyx of Roselle flowers. After blooming, whether the purple-red calyx becomes thicker and whether the Roselle seeds are full before harvesting the calyx. Therefore, this paper proposed an AIoT monitoring and big data prediction system (AIOT-MBDPS) for Roselle calyx harvest, AIOTMBDPS was developed by Linkit-7697 board combined with the temperature, humidity, pH, and soil fertility sensors to upload the sensed data to the cloud database. Data analysis calculates the effective cumulative fertility and daily sunshine amount to find out the harvesting time of Roselle calyx, and observes the correlation between the sensed data of temperature, humidity, pH and light intensity by data mining. Hence, AIOT-MBDPS will automatically send out harvesting prompt signals based on temperature, humidity, pH and illumination to save labor costs and achieve accurate smart environmental monitoring. |
