| 中文摘要 | 本研究為瞭解教育實習對幼兒教育類科師資培育生的專業成長現況,採用文 獻分析以及半結構式訪談法進行研究,訪談幼教師資、輔導教師與指導教授三方。 本研究提出教育實習對幼教師資生專業成長的重要性,例如:理論與實務的結合、 自我反思、仿效學習、瞭解當前教育制度。實習輔導教師提供之輔導,有助於幼 教師資生專業成長,例如:增進幼教專業知能與應用、提供心理支持、參與全園 性活動的規劃與實施、提供研習課程資訊,並鼓勵參與。師培中心提供之輔導, 有助於幼教師資生專業成長,例如:建立社群小組與指導教授對話、舉辦專題演 講與研習、座談成果展,進行同儕分享與學習。最後,研究者提出建議供參與教 育實習之幼教師資生參考,以及大學師培中心規劃教育實習課程之參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | To understand the current status of professional growth of preschool teacher education teacher trainees through educational internships. This research employed a literature analysis and semi-structured interviews involving preschool teacher education teacher trainees, supervising teachers, and academic advisors. This study underscores the importance of educational internships for the professional growth of preschool teacher trainees, highlighting aspects such as the integration of theory and practice, self-reflection, observational learning, and understanding of the current educational system. The guidance provided by internship supervising teachers contributes to the professional growth of preschool teacher education trainees by enhancing their professional knowledge and application, offering psychological support, participating in the planning and implementation of school-wide activities, providing information on training courses, and encouraging their participation. Similarly, the guidance provided by teacher training centers facilitates the professional growth of teacher candidates through initiatives such as establishing community groups for dialogue with academic advisors, organizing lectures and workshops on specific topics, hosting discussions, and exhibiting achievements for peer sharing and learning. The study also offers recommendations aimed at providing guidance for prospective early childhood education teacher candidates participating in internships and university teacher training centers planning pre-internship curricula. |
