中文摘要 | 本研究目的旨在了解餐飲管理系學生的睡眠品質現況,針對研究結果提出建議,並提供餐飲相關系所及未來在睡眠品質相關研究上之參考。本研究以中部某科技大學餐飲系293位大學生為對象(男生110人、女生183人),以匹茲堡睡眠品質量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PSQI)為研究工具,以SPSS for windows 22.0套裝統計軟體處理,所得研究結果如下:一、全體平均睡眠品質總分為6.31±3.45分,而女生的睡眠總分6.49±3.52分明顯較高於男生的6.01±3.31分,顯示本研究受試者的睡眠品質還有改善的空間,而女生的睡眠品質明顯較男生差。二、在睡眠品質七大指標中,女生在睡眠效率、睡眠潛伏期、睡眠困擾與自評睡眠品質等指標得分高於全體的平均得分;而男生則是在睡眠時間與白天功能兩項指標的分數較高於平均分數。結論:本研究受試者的睡眠品質還有很大的改善空間,因此,建議大學生在學期間應多多參與各項運動,培養運動風氣與個人規律運動的習慣,以改善與提升個人的睡眠品質。 |
英文摘要 | This study aims to investigate the sleep quality status among students in the Department of Catering Management, provide recommendations based on the findings, and serve as a reference for future studies in the field of catering-related sleep quality. A total of 293 students (110 males and 183 females) from the Department of Catering Management at a technological university in central Taiwan were surveyed. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) was used as an assessment tool, and data was analyzed using SPSS for Windows 22.0. The results were shown as follows: (1) The overall average sleep quality score of 6.31±3.45. Notably, female students scored significantly higher (6.49±3.52) than male students (6.01±3.31), indicating a need for sleep quality enhancement among participants, particularly females. (2) Among the seven sleep quality indicators, female students demonstrated higher scores such as sleep efficiency, sleep latency, sleep disturbances, and subjective sleep quality. In contrast, male students scored higher in sleep duration and daytime dysfunction. In conclusion, significant potential exists for enhancing sleep quality among the participants. It is recommended that college students engage in various physical activities during the semester, cultivate an exercise culture, and establish regular exercise routines to improve overall sleep quality. |
