中文摘要 | 本研究旨為透過助聽器銀行計畫,探討助聽輔具試聽及借用機制,是否可提升民眾對聽覺健康的覺識與理解。採用社會投資報酬率(Social Return On Investment, SROI),分析助聽器銀行計畫對於利害關係人成本及效益間的關係,並評估各成果的社會價值與重要性。結果顯示助聽器銀行計畫符合「以創新模式與企業合作,提供全方面聽覺照顧,提升民眾對聽覺健康認識」的目標,兩類主要利害關係人皆可產生正向影響,「諮詢者(民眾)」產生成果的價值前三名分別為(1)提升聽覺照護觀念、(2)增進家庭關係、(3)增進人際關係及增進生活品質並列第三;而「助聽器廠商」產生的成果價值則為獲得額外收益。透過SROI分析結果顯示,每投入1元新台幣到助聽器銀行計畫,可以產生7.52元的社會價值。此外,參與此計畫有助於提升民眾對聽覺健康的覺識與理解,且借用並購買助聽輔具者,更是能在不同生活層面產生正向價值。 |
英文摘要 | This study assesses the impact of the Hearing Aid Bank project on public hearing health awareness using Social Return on Investment (SROI). Results show that the project aligns with its goals, benefiting both the public and hearing aid manufacturers. Top outcomes for the public include improved auditory health awareness, enhanced family and interpersonal relationships, and a better quality of life. Hearing aid manufacturers gain additional revenue. SROI analysis reveals that every 1 NT dollar invested yields a social return of NT$7.52. Participation in the project elevates public awareness and well-being, as borrowing and purchasing hearing assistive devices through it positively impact individuals' lives. In conclusion, the Hearing Aid Bank program effectively promotes public hearing health and well-being. |
