| 中文摘要 | 本研究旨在分析適用於職前教師的教學實務能力檢測評量表,並探討師資生之教學實務能力檢測之情形。本研究蒐集一所大學師資培育中心36名師資生的教學檢測觀察資料進行量化及質性的分析。研究結果顯示大多數師資生能夠通過教學演示實務能力檢定,但仍有待改進的教學細項。各科評分者的斯皮爾曼等級相關具有相當高的評分者一致性,然而,百分比一致性的分析顯示:即使參照評分規準進行評分,不同評分者之間的嚴格度仍存在差異。質性分析則顯示評分者觀察時多能符應觀察表的檢測指標,最為關切有效教學技巧,對於學習評量及班級經營指標則較少評論。本研究亦提出對於職前教育機構及師資生提升教學實務能力之建議。 |
| 英文摘要 | The twofold aim of this study was to (a) analyze the teaching observation instruments for pre-service teachers' demonstration on teaching, and (b) examine the pre-service teachers' teaching practice ability verification. The data was collected from 36 students' teaching practice ability verification in the teacher center of a University. Results of the study indicated that most of the students passed the verification, but they usually cannot detect every detail during the ability verification instruction. The analysis of Spearman rand correlation revealed a consistent scoring pattern between raters, but the raters' percentage agreement showed that even with delineating a standard for grading, there were differences in grader severity remaining among the raters. The qualitative analysis revealed that the raters were more concerned about effective instructional strategies than learners' evaluation r and classroom management matter. Some suggestions were made to the pre-service teacher education program in order to improve the quality of the pre-service teachers teaching practice ability. |
