| 中文摘要 | 研究目的: 本計畫的目標為加強社會大眾快速獲得中醫藥衛生教育知識,建立正 確中醫藥觀念,將中醫藥知識與觀念藉由在地推廣發揚光大,期盼提升國 人對中醫藥之認識,有效落實衛生福利部為民眾健康把關的政策。臺灣為 中西醫療並行的多元化醫療環境,近年隨著養生保健觀念盛行,民眾對於 中醫藥的需求增加,而中西醫合療、社區長照服務之介入,更提升了中醫 藥資源的可近性。為普及中醫藥相關保健知識,進一步強化民眾對中醫藥 的正確認知,從生活中建立正確之中醫藥觀念,利用多元推廣策略,以國 中小學生、一般民眾及中老年人族群為對象,憑藉相關教材的設立與應 用,深入校園、社區等不同場域辦理衛生教育活動,並強化執行成效評 估,以提升國人中醫藥衛生教育知能。 研究方法: 藉由與 5 家衛生教育資源中心合作,辦理各項中醫藥衛生講座課程, 透過 5 家衛生教育資源中心、各縣市中醫師公會、今周刊、山佳國小等單 位舉辦課程,並串聯地方衛生局、中醫醫療院所、社區藥局、中藥房及學 校等場域結盟,全面提升民眾中醫藥正確認知,並提供多元化的講座課程 內容。 結果與討論: 本計畫為了符合各族群需求致力發展其具特色的衛教活動,舉辦種子 講師培訓營,共計 135 位(含中醫師 125 位、西醫師 2 位、藥師 6 位、護理師 1 位)參與,提供全國足夠的師資培訓人力;透過種子講師舉辦其衛教活 動蒐集民眾、小學生調查問卷,今年度共蒐集 1,434 份問卷,初步分析民 眾經由中醫藥衛生教育後前測、後測的數值有明顯增加,足見民眾經由知 識傳遞後,有改變原先的認知,未來應持續辦理中醫藥衛生教育活動,除 了持續深入社區、國中小學外,可納入安養機構、日間長照中心等,搭配 最新防疫新生活概念,提供民眾最新的課程及全新的養生保健觀念。 |
| 英文摘要 | Aim: The goal of this project is for the public to acquire knowledge of Chinese medicine and health education, establish correct concepts of Chinese medicine, and carry forward the knowledge and concepts of Chinese medicine through local promotion. Taiwan is a diversified medical environment that combines Chinese and Western medicine.In recent years, with the popularity of the concept of health care,The public's demand for traditional Chinese medicine has increased,The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, involvement of community long-term care services, also improves the accessibility of traditional Chinese medicine resources. In order to popularize the health care knowledge related to traditional Chinese medicine and further educate the public on the correct knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine.Targeting primary and secondary school students, the general public, and the middle-aged and elderly groups, with the establishment and application of relevant teaching materials, it conducts health education activities in different fields such as campuses and communities, and strengthens implementation effectiveness evaluation to improve the public's knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and health education. Method: By cooperating with five health education resource centers, we conduct various Chinese medicine and health lecture courses. Through 5 health education resource centers, Chinese Medical Associations in counties and cities, Business Today, Shanjia Elementary School, etc., and connected with The Health Bureau of localities, traditional Chinese medical institutions, community pharmacies, traditional Chinese medical pharmacies, and schools , we are able to comprehensively enhance the correct knowledge of Chinese medicine among the public and provide diversified lecture course contents. Results & Discussion: In order to meet the needs of various groups, this project is committed to developing its distinctive health education activities, and organizing seeded lecturer training camps, with a total of 135 participants (including 125 Chinese medicine practitioners, 2 Western physicians, 6 pharmacists, and a nurse) to provide sufficient lecturer training manpower nationwide. Through the health education activities held by seed lecturers, questionnaires were collected from the public and elementary school students. Up to now, 1434 questionnaires have been collected. Preliminary analysis shows that the values of the pre-test and post-test have increased significantly, after the public have been passed the health education of traditional Chinese medicine. The increase shows that the public have changed their original cognition after the knowledge was passed on. In the future, we should continue to carry out health education activities on traditional Chinese medicine. In addition to continuing to go deep into communities, junior high schools and primary schools, these activities with the latest epidemic prevention, providing the public with the latest courses and a new concept of health care can be included in nursing institutions, day long-term care centers, etc. |
