| 中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在驗證知覺體育教師幽默感、創意教學表現對教師教學滿意度之間影響關係。研究對象為國小中、高年級學生,共發1100份問卷,回收1065份問卷,有效回收率為96.8%。資料回收經統計分析結果:學生知覺體育教師幽默感會正向影響知覺體育教師創意教學,知覺體育教師幽默感會正向影響教師教學滿意度,知覺體育教師創意教學會正向影響其教師教學滿意度,知覺體育教師創意教學在模式中具有部分中介效果。知覺體育教師幽默感與知覺體育教師創意教學變項能解釋教師教學滿意度變項的50%解釋變異量。最後本研究也根據結果提出一些實務上建議,以提供參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of research is to verify the influence of perceived physical education teachers' sense of humor and creative teaching performance on teachers' teaching satisfaction. Middle school and senior middle school students were the research subjects, Questionnaire survey issued a total of 1100, 1065 questionnaires were recovered through questionnaire survey, the effective recovery rate is 96.8%. Data recovery shows statistical analysis results: Students perceive that physical education teachers' creative teaching will positively affect the perception of physical education teachers' sense of humor, Perceptive physical education teachers creative teaching will positively affect teachers' teaching satisfaction, Perceived physical education teachers' sense of humor will positively affect their teachers' teaching satisfaction, Perceived physical education teacher's sense of humor has partial mediation effect in the model. Perceptual physical education teacher creative teaching and perceptual physical education teacher humor sense variable can explain the teacher's teaching satisfaction variable 50% interpretation variation. Finally, this study also puts forward some practical suggestions based on the results, For reference. |
