| 英文摘要 | This study explored the constraints faced by middle-aged and older adults in engaging in leisure activities and the negotiation strategies they adopt. We used a structured questionnaire and analyzed the results with AMOS statistical software. The findings indicate that middle-aged and older adults have few leisure constraints, with interpersonal constraints being the highest. The study participants primarily engaged in leisure and recreational activities in the form of sightseeing, followed by audio-visual recreation, knowledge, arts and culture, socialization, and other types. The most common negotiation strategy adopted was improving interpersonal relationships, followed by improving leisure activity skills. This study found a significant negative correlation between leisure constraints and the leisure participation degree of middle-aged and older adults. There was a significant negative correlation between leisure constraints and the leisure constraint negotiation strategies of middle-aged and older adults. At the same time, there was a significant positive correlation between the leisure constraint negotiation strategies and the leisure participation degree of middle-aged and older adults. Further research is required to explore effective ways to promote middle-aged and older adults' use of leisure constraint negotiation strategies while reducing leisure constraints to increase leisure participation. |
