中文摘要 | 社區發展協會在臺灣福利社區化推動上,不僅具有法令上的特殊地位,也成 為不可或缺社區服務提供者。本研究以北部某縣市社區發展協會為研究場域,主 要是探討不同社區組織對方案多元性的影響,並以社區能力為中介變項。資料收 集時間為 2018 年 9-10 月,以社區發展協會工作人員為對象進行問卷調查,共計 回收有效問卷 272 份。在本研究中,社區組織類型為自變項,包括創新學習型和 分工合作型;社區能力為中介變項,包括組織力、執行力、導入力、凝聚力;方 案多元性為依變項,並藉由結構方程模型進行分析。研究結果顯示,創新學習型 社區組織不會直接影響方案多元性,但會透過組織力和導入力間接影響;分工合 作型社區組織會直接影響方案多元性,同時也會透過導入力間接影響。研究者據 此提出結論與建議。 |
英文摘要 | This survey aims at examining relationships between community capacities and the diversity of social service programs. As for quantitative data, the valid sample consists of 272 community development associations in Taoyuan City, Taiwan in 2018. The organizational types, including innovative-learning and team-working models, were independent variables; the community’s capacities, including organizational capacity, executive capacity, implementation capacity, and community cohesiveness, were intermediary variables; and the diversity of social service programs was dependent variable. Results showed that both organizational types appeared significant impacts upon the community capacities, but only the team-working model appeared significant impacts on social program diversity. Moreover, results found that executive capacity and implementation capacity had significant effects on shaping social program diversity at the community level. Conclusions and suggestions were made on basis of these findings. This study mainly explores the impact of community capacity building on the diversity of programs, and uses community capacity as the mediating variable. The research field is a community development association in a north in Taiwan. In this study, the type of community organization is the independent variable, including innovative-learning and team-working models; community capacity is the mediating variable, including organizational capacity, executive capacity, implementation capacity, and community cohesiveness; and the diversity of programs is the dependent variable. The data collection time was from September to October 2018, The respondents of the questionnaire were the staff of the Community Development Association, the total of 272 valid questionnaires were recovered and analyzed by structural equation model. The research results show that innovative-learning community organizations will not directly affect the diversity of programs, but will indirectly affect them through organizational capacity and implementation capacity; the team-working community organizations will directly affect the diversity of programs, but also indirectly through implementation capacity. The researchers made conclusions and recommendations accordingly. |
