中文摘要 | 原住民族早在四百年前即居住在台灣這塊土地上,卻接連受不同殖民政府以及各種政策的壓迫,使得原住民族獨有的傳統文化及族語不斷受到主流文化侵蝕且漸 漸被取代。台灣解嚴後邁入民主化社會,從漢人本位主義走向多元文化主義,政府 漸漸重視原住民族教育對文化傳承、語言發展與保存的重要性,透過法令的修訂使 得原住民族得以創立實驗學校,原住民族實驗學校的課程安排較一般學校更具有彈 性,加入許多民族課程,有助於原住民族文化的傳承與發展,增進原住民族身份認 同,亦能落實轉型正義,維護多元的民主社會,惟在辦理原住民族實驗教育的過程 中不免遭遇許多困境,本文透過搜集原住民族實驗學校之相關文獻,初步探討辦理原住民族實驗教育學校之困境並提出因應策略。 |
英文摘要 | Indigenous peoples lived in Taiwan as early as 400 years ago, but they were oppressed by different colonial governments and various policies one after another. As a result, the unique traditional culture and ethnic languages of the indigenous peoples have been continuously replaced by mainstream culture and gradually disappeared. After the lifting of martial law, Taiwan enters into a democratic society and turns Han parochialism to multiculturalism. Nowadays, the government pays attention to the importance of indigenous education for cultural inheritance, language development and preservation. Through the revision of laws, indigenous people are able to establish experimental schools. The curriculum arrangement of the indigenous experimental schools is more flexible than that of general schools. Additionally, indigenous experimental schools are able to arrange lots of ethnic courses which can conducive to the inheritance and development of Indigenous culture, and enhance the identity of indigenous people. However, many difficulties are unavoidable in the process of conducting indigenous experimental education schools. The purpose of this study was to discuss the difficulties of running indigenous experimental education schools and propose coping strategies by collecting relevant literature. |
