中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討大學資訊素養課程應用教學助理協助教學的實 施方式與修課學生對教學助理提供輔導之滿意度,透過問卷調查來了 解學生對教學助理課輔態度、課輔方式與個人特質的看法,且歸納學 生的學習心得,分析教學助理在課程中參與教學活動對其產生的影響, 提供資訊素養教師在規劃課程時之參考。研究結果顯示超過 90%的學 生認同教學助理具備課程專業知識,在進行課輔時態度正向,與學生 互動良好,口語表達佳,能使用簡單易懂方法進行解說,並樂於分享 個人學習經驗,減少學生學習焦慮,提升學習信心。其次,針對授課 教師與學生的需求協助製作課程教材,指導學生使用教材資源,解決 學生在課業上所遭遇的問題。綜言之,對學生來說,教學助理融入課 程能協助學生解決學習問題;對教師而言,則能減輕教學負擔,精進 教學品質;對教學助理本身來說,則能從教學經驗中得到自我成長, 達到三贏目標。 |
英文摘要 | The design of the information literacy course emphasizes learning by doing, so that students no longer just sit and listen during the class but think, criticize, and learn through participation in learning activities. The purpose of this research is to explore the implementation methods and satisfaction of using teaching assistants in information literacy courses. To learn about students’ perspectives on teaching assistant attitudes, methods, and personal characteristics, a questionnaire survey was administered. In the analysis of qualitative data, students’ learning reflections were used to analyze and comprehend the impact of teaching assistants’ participation in course teaching activities. The opinions will provide a reference for teachers when planning courses. The research results show that more than 90% of the students agree that the teaching assistant has knowledge of the course, has a positive attitude when giving lessons, interacts well with students, has good oral expression, can use simple and easy-to-understand methods to explain, and is willing to share personal learning experience to reduce students’ learning anxiety and enhance learning confidence. Moreover, according to the needs of teachers and students, TA assist in the production of course teaching materials, guides students to use teaching material resources, and solves the problems encountered by students in their coursework. In summary, for students, the integration of teaching assistants into the curriculum can help students solve learning problems; for teachers, it can reduce the teaching burden and improve teaching quality; for teaching assistants, they can learn from teaching experience and self-growth to achieve a win-win goal. |
