| 中文摘要 | 研究目的:本研究主要目的為參考過去學者所提出的生涯規劃理論之內涵與實施方式,設計出一個生涯規劃團體介入方案,並將其實施於受刑人身上,以評 估此方案對受刑人的生涯規劃行為的影響效果。 研究方法:參與對象為新竹監獄男性受刑人,本研究採用準實驗設計中的前後測 不相等控制組設計,參與者被非隨機分派為實驗組與控制組,其中實驗組接 受為期六週,每週兩次,每次兩小時的生涯規劃訓練單元,控制組則不接受 任何實驗處理,總計實驗組 22 人與控制組 24 人在實驗前、後完成生涯規劃 行為量表,資料分析方式採用單因子共變數分析。 研究結果:統計分析指出兩組在生涯規劃行為總量表分數上有顯著差異,且實驗 組之分數高於控制組之分數,進一步分析兩組在分量表分數上的差異,統計 分析指出兩組在生涯無望與生涯自信上達到顯著差異,但兩組在生涯探索與 就職規劃上未達到顯著差異。 結論:受刑人在參加完本團體方案後,在整體的生涯規劃行為上有明顯改善,改 善的部分主要在降低生涯的無望感及提升生涯的自信心上,但在生涯探索與 就職規劃上面則無明顯立即效果。 |
| 英文摘要 | Purpose: This study aimed to design an intervention program of career planning group based on the content and skills of career theories proposed by previous researchers. The program was implemented in inmates and its effect on inmates’ career planning behaviors was also evaluated in this study. Methods: Participants were male inmates recruited from Hsinchu prison in Taiwan. Quasi-experimental pretest-posttest nonequivalent-group design was used in this study. Participants were nonrandomly assigned into treatment and control groups. Treatment group took part in a two-hour career training session twice per week for a six-week period. The other group did not receive any treatment. A total of 22 and 24 participants in the treatment and control groups respectively completed the career planning behavior scale before and after the treatment. One-way analysis of covariance was used to test the sample data. Results: Statistical analyses indicated that there was significantly difference on total scale scores of career planning behavior between the two groups. The total scale score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. To further examine the differences on subscale scores between the two groups, statistical analyses indicated that there were significant between-group differences in career hopelessness and career confidence. However, the two groups did not differ significantly in career exploration and occupation planning. Conclusion: Inmates’ career planning behaviors were improved after the inmates participated in the program. Improved parts were mainly in decreasing career hopelessness and increasing career confidence. However, the program had no immediate effect on inmates’ career exploration and occupation planning. |
