中文摘要 | 骨關節炎是成人最常見的慢性關節疾病,症狀是疼痛、肌肉無力、不穩定、關節僵硬和功能喪失。膝骨關節炎者的身體活動低於一般人。本研究目的是在探討下肢肌力、行走速度與柔軟度相關研究對膝骨關節炎社區老人之影響。於研究方法上,以高雄市社區老人為對象,共31名;採測試方式進行,經描述性統計分析、皮爾森簡單相關係數分析,結果發現,受試者坐到站、行走速度、右髖屈曲主動關節活動度(AROM)、右膝屈曲AROM能力數值皆偏低。坐到站與行走速度、坐到站與右髖屈曲AROM、坐到站與右膝屈曲AROM、行走速度與右髖屈曲AROM、行走速度與右膝屈曲AROM、右髖屈曲AROM與右膝屈曲AROM能力達顯著關係(p<.001)。建議在運動訓練中,應加入有氧運動、肌肉強化、柔軟度運動處方。 |
英文摘要 | Osteoarthritis(OA)is the most common chronic joint disease in adults, The symptoms of OA are pain, muscle weakness, instability, joint stiffness and loss of function. Individuals with knee osteoarthritis are less physically active than people in general. The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of lower extremity muscle strength, gait speed and flexibility for elderly in the community with knee osteoarthritis Subjects for the study were selected from elderly in the community in Kaohsiung. a total of 31; adopt measurement approaches, Descriptive statistical analysis、Pearson Correlation. The results found that the low scores of subjects in the measure sitting-to-standing, four-metre gait speed(4MGS), active range of motion (AROM )of hip flexion of right, AROM of knee flexion of right. sitting-to-standing and 4MGS, sitting-to-standing and hip flexion AROM of right, sitting-to-standing and knee flexion AROM of right, 4MGS and hip flexion AROM of right, 4MGS and knee flexion AROM of right, hip flexion AROM of right and knee flexion AROM of right correlated significantly(p<.001). It is recommended that in the exercise training, aerobic exercise, muscle strengthening, flexibility exercise prescription should be added. |
