中文摘要 | 隨著新冠疫情的爆發,許多自然保育場域為了防疫而紛紛休園,在休園期間,人們觀察到有許多以往難以見到的動物陸續出現在園區各處,但究竟休園這樣的措施會造成什麼樣的影響?是否能成為自然保育的重要手段之一?目前鮮少有相關的研究。因此,本研究以在臺灣有實施休園制度的福山植物園為研究對象,採取深度訪談的方式,並結合國際自然保護聯盟(IUCN)所提出的保護區經營管理評量架構、社會生態系統與系統性思考的概念,針對福山植物園休園制度在自然保育場域的運作上進行深入分析。 |
英文摘要 | With the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, many natural conservation areas have temporarily closed to prevent the spread of the virus. During this closure period, people have observed many animals that were previously difficult to spot appearing on the conservation area. However, what kind of impact does the closure of these areas have? Can it become an important means of nature conservation? Currently, there is limited research on this topic. Therefore, this study focuses on the Fu-Shan Botanical Garden in Taiwan, where garden closures have been implemented. Using in-depth interviews and incorporating the IUCN-WCPA framework for assessing management effectiveness of protected areas and systems, along with the concepts of Social-Ecological System and Systemic Thinking, this study conducts a thorough analysis of the operation of the Fu-Shan Botanical Garden closure system in the context of nature conservation areas. |
