英文摘要 | Taiwan is in the subtropical zone, so dehumidification is necessary for livelihood and industrial fields. In particular, precision processes such as semiconductor clean rooms, lithium battery processes, and biotechnology pharmaceutical industries all require humidity control. With the issue of energy conservation and carbon reduction, energy-saving dehumidification air conditioning systems are the current development trend in the world. The liquid dehumidification system has extremely high theoretical energy-saving potential. Compared with the traditional condensation dehumidification system, the theoretical energy saving can reach 37% because it does not require subcooling and reheating. The ionic liquid has the characteristics of no crystallization, low metal corrosion, and low regeneration temperature which can replace the traditional lithium chloride absorber. Through performance testing, the current performance of ionic liquids is lower than that of lithium chloride, but it can already be used in most dehumidification and drying fields. The carry-over test shows that the demister outlet is about 0.29 ppb, and the outlet can be 0 ppb through the activated carbon filter, which will have an excellent opportunity to contribute to industrial energy saving. |
