| 中文摘要 | 風險管理是在風險事件發生前所採取的一切降低風險作為,預防未來造成 損失的故障事件發生。本文結合失效模式與效應分析(Failure Mode Effects Analysis, FMEA)及故障樹分析(Fault Tree Analysis, FTA)兩種方法並導入群體決 策,評估草埔森永隧道的機電系統並進行風險控管。經運用 FTA 與 FMEA 評 估,識別出草埔森永隧道機電系統中存在的 7 項頂層故障事件共 172 項風險事 件失效因子,並評估其風險控制措施實施前後的 RPN 指數。在提出相應的風險 控制措施後,用以評估系統指標的 RPN 指數皆有明顯降低,系統整體風險等級 也由高、中等級降為中、低等級。顯示透過風險識別、風險評估及風險控制程 序後,實施風險控制方法可明顯降低隧道機電故障事件的潛在風險。 |
| 英文摘要 | Risk management involves all measures taken to reduce risks and prevent potential failure events that may lead to future losses before the occurrence of risk events. This study combines two methods, Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and introduces group decision-making (GDM) to evaluate and manage the risks of the electromechanical system of the Caopu Senyong Tunnel. Through the application of FTA and FMEA assessments, seven top-level failure events and a total of 168 failure events were identified in the Caopu- Senyong Tunnel's electromechanical system. The Risk Priority Number (RPN) indices were evaluated before and after the implementation of risk control measures. After proposing corresponding risk control measures, the RPN indices used to assess system indicators showed a significant reduction, and the overall risk level of the system decreased from high and medium levels to medium and low levels. This demonstrates that through the processes of risk identification, risk assessment, and risk control, the implementation of risk control methods can significantly reduce the potential risks of tunnel electromechanical failure events. |
