中文摘要 | 台灣地區有百分之七十屬於山坡地,而台北市由於都會化較早,山坡地住宅及道路的安全由於人口逐漸密集顯得格外重要。現行山坡地災害潛勢之調查多仰賴於局部性的巡檢方式,不易掌握全面性的地表變形趨勢。本研究期以早期發現坡地變形潛勢為目標,利用遙測方法進行偵測地表變形趨勢之技術,已廣泛運用於潛在大規模崩塌調查、坡體變形、地表沉陷、地震變形觀測、火山變形觀測、礦區地表沉陷觀測等,並可取得長期變形趨勢。本研究利用差分干涉合成孔徑雷達分析技術針對可能的變異邊坡進行多時序調查及分析,獲得地表變形趨勢。配合現勘方法與觀測資料比對分析,利用斜坡單元中變形點位數量與變形量,進行坡地潛勢分級。為了解臺北市士林北投區潛在崩塌地表變形可能性,以遙測技術對調查區進行2017年至2021年間之觀測,分析後之成果經現場調查後與分析結果一致。 |
英文摘要 | Seventy percent of Taiwan's land is comprised of hillsides. Given Taipei City's rapid urbanization, ensuring the safety of homes and roads on these hillsides is of paramount importance due to the steadily increasing population density. The present assessment of hillside hazard potential predominantly relies on localized inspection techniques, making it challenging to capture the overall pattern of surface deformation comprehensively. In this study, aiming to identify slope deformation potential in its early stages, the utilization of remote sensing technology for detecting surface deformation trends has found widespread application in investigating potential large-scale landslides, monitoring slope deformation, observing surface subsidence, tracking seismic and volcanic deformations, and monitoring ground subsidence in mining regions. This approach enables the capture of long-term deformation trends. In this research, the technology of differential interferometric synthetic aperture radar analysis is employed to conduct a comprehensive investigation and analysis of potential slope variations over multiple time series, with the aim of capturing surface deformation trends. Collaborate with a comparative analysis of existing survey methods and observational data, utilizing the quantity and extent of deformation points within slope units to categorize the slope's potential for sliding. To assess the likelihood of potential landslides and surface deformations in Taipei City's Shilin Beitou District, remote sensing technology was employed to monitor the survey area between 2017 and 2021. The outcomes of the analysis aligned with the findings from on-site investigations. |
