中文摘要 | 本文探討景觀空間類型特徵與健康福祉的關聯性,包括環境對生理、心理層面及腦區活化反應的影響。首先說明親近自然對壓力調節、注意力恢復力和正向情緒的效益。接著列舉自然景觀、水域環境、鄉村環境和都市綠地環境對健康的影響及相關支持性研究結果,並針對這四種景觀提出健康環境規劃設計原則,以連結研究與實務規劃。最後,本研究提出「健康智慧數據規劃設計流程」,協助專業者、設計者和決策者更深入了解環境與人類健康之關係,以制定適合當地的健康設計方案,故提出以循證研究為基礎之健康景觀規劃模式將有助於提高景觀規劃的品質,創造更有益於健康的環境。 |
英文摘要 | This article explores the relationship between landscape typology characteristics and health, including the impact of the environment on physiological, psychological, and brain activation responses. First, it describes the benefits of proximity to nature, including stress reduction, attention restoration, and positive emotional recovery. Second, it describes the health effects of natural landscapes, aquatic environments, rural settings, and urban green spaces, supported by pertinent empirical research. In addition, it proposes planning and design principles for these four types of landscapes in terms of the health environment. Lastly, based on these theoretical foundations and research findings, the study introduces the "Health Smart Data Planning and Design Process" to assist professionals, designers, decision-makers, and users in better understanding the relationship between the environment and human health, thereby developing location-specific health-oriented design solutions. This research will contribute to the improvement of landscape planning and the creation of environments that promote health. |
