中文摘要 | 2021年5月因應COVID-19疫情升級,全台各級學生改為居家線上學習,含護理系在內的醫事類科學生臨床實習大規模受到影響。教育部因此公告因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎疫情之實習課程應變機制,護理科系總實習時數的50%得以虛擬或線上實習等方式為替代,減少護理學生如期畢業與考照的衝擊。本文結合兩所大學因應三級警戒期間的產科護理學線上實習經驗,提出專科情境案例建構的重要性、同步/非同步比例的規劃考量,以及創建以合作學習任務為架構的替代實習設計原則。雖然因為疫情學生被迫撤離臨床,但回饋調查發現學生對於線上實習課程安排感到滿意。本文經驗可供同領域教師參考,持續優化線上實習活動內涵,做為疫情多變下的因應備案,唯教師仍需審慎評估學生線上實習對後續臨床適應性的影響,以實體實習做為護理專業培育的重要訓練歷程,將線上實習視為輔助防疫應變的替代策略。 |
英文摘要 | The Center Epidemic Command Center raised the COVID-19 epidemic warning to Level 3 nationwide from May 2021, followed by a nationwide closure of schools in Taiwan. Nursing clinical practice for undergraduate programs was forced to formulate a substitution for the traditional direct-care learning mode. This article details the experiences of developing virtual clinical practice activities on obstetric nursing. Three main principles recommended to keep in mind when developing virtual nursing practice were established as follows: 1) the importance of simulation scenario cases creation; 2) the plan of synchronous/asynchronous online learning ratio; and 3) the design of team-based learning tasks to enhance corporation competency. Overall, the majority of feedback from students was positive regarding the 120-hour virtual clinical practice experience with valuable opportunities to enhance their abilities. Hopefully, the article could provide a reference for professionals to optimize nursing curriculum design for similar subjects. Finally, how the virtual nursing practicing approach affects students' future clinical performance and adaptation requires further evaluation. |
