英文摘要 | The teaching behavior of teacher in lessons is an index for effectiveness of teaching, a key factor of learning for students and an important issue of professional development for teacher. If having advanced understanding of teaching behavior, we could help educators to improve the skills of instruction and teaching¸ and to create a good climate to inspire the class. In this kind of tool, the Observational Recording Record of Physical Educators’ Teaching Behavior (ORRPETB) is a high-complexity, multiple and plentiful data-gathering, and clear definition of behavior category. It’s a good systematic instrument to observe teaching behavior. After the examination, the instrument has some quality characters: to be potential to detect the effectiveness of teaching behavior, to fit the observing of teaching behavior in the active environment of PE, to collect multiple information for academic researches, and the fitness for using with the other observational instruments. However, for the high complexity of instrument, it should have more time to train the observers strictly. |
